Muqoddimah Fenomena y ang terjadi di masyarakat kita, terutama di rumah-rumah keluarga muslim semakin sepi dari bacaan ayat-ay at suci Al Qur'an. Hal ini disebabkan karena terdesak dengan munculnya berbagai produk sain dan tehnologi serta derasnya arus budaya asing yang semakin menggeser minat untuk belajar membaca Al Qur'an sehingga banyak anggota keluarga tidak bisa membaca Al Qur'an. Akhirnya kebiasaan membaca Al Qur'an ini sudah mulai langka. Yang ada adalah suara-suara radio, TV, Tape recorder, karaoke, dan lain-lain. Keadaan seperti ini adalah keadaan yang sangat memprihatinkan.
Belum lagi masalah akhlak, akidah dan pelaksanaan ibadahnya, yang semakin hari semakin jauh dari tuntunan Rasululloh. Maka sangat diperlukan kerjasama dari semua fihak untuk mengatasinya. Yaitu mengembalikan kebiasaan membaca Al Qur'an di rumah-rumah kaum muslimin dan membekali kaum muslimin dengan nilai-nilai Islam, sehingga bisa hidup secara Islami demi kebahagiaan dunia dan akhirat.
Pada dekade belakangan ini telah banyak metode pengajaran baca tulis Al-Qur'an dikembangkan, begitu juga buku-buku panduannya telah banyak disusun dan dicetak. Para pengajar baca tulis Al-Qur'an tinggal memilih metode yang paling cocok baginya, paling efektif dan paling murah. Dunia pendidikan mengakui bahwa suatu metode pengajaran senantiasa memiliki kekuatan dan kelemahan. Keberhasilan suatu metode pengajaran sangat ditentukan oleh beberapa hal, yaitu: 1. Metode Baghdadiyah. Metode ini disebut juga dengan metode “ Eja “, berasal dari Baghdad masa pemerintahan khalifah Bani Abbasiyah.
Tidak tahu dengan pasti siapa penyusunnya. Dan telah seabad lebih berkembang secara merata di tanah air. Secara dikdatik, materi-materinya diurutkan dari yang kongkrit ke abstrak, dari yang mudah ke yang sukar, dan dari yang umum sifatnya kepada materi yang terinci ( khusus ).
Secara garis besar, Qoidah Baghdadiyah memerlukan 17 langkah. 30 huruf hijaiyyah selalu ditampilkan secara utuh dalam tiap langkah. Seolah-olah sejumlah tersebut menjadi tema central dengan berbagai variasi. Variasi dari tiap langkah menimbulkan rasa estetika bagi siswa (enak didengar ) karena bunyinya bersajak berirama.
Indah dilihat karena penulisan huruf yang sama. Metode ini diajarkan secara klasikal maupun privat. Beberapa kelebihan Qoidah Baghdadiyah antara lain: a. Metode Iqro’.
Metode Iqro’ disusun oleh Bapak As'ad Humam dari Kotagede Yogyakarta dan dikembangkan oleh AMM ( Angkatan Muda Masjid dan Musholla ) Yogyakarta dengan membuka TK Al-Qur'an dan TP Al-Qur'an. Metode Iqro’ semakin berkembang dan menyebar merata di Indonesia setelah munas DPP BKPMI di Surabaya yang menjadikan TK Al-Qur'an dan metode Iqro’ sebagai sebagai program utama perjuangannya. Metode Iqro’ terdiri dari 6 jilid dengan variasi warna cover yang memikat perhatian anak TK Al-Qur'an. 10 sifat buku Iqro’ adalah: a. Metode Qiro’ati Metode baca al-Qu ran Qira'ati ditemukan KH.
Dachlan Salim Zarkasyi (w. 2001 M) dari Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Metode yang disebarkan sejak awal 1970-an, ini memungkinkan anak- anak mempelajari al-Qur'an secara cepat dan mudah. Kiai Dachlan yang mulai mengajar al-Qur'an pada 1963, merasa metode baca al-Qur'an yang ada belum memadai. Misalnya metode Qa'idah Baghdadiyah dari Baghdad Irak, yang dianggap metode tertua, terlalu mengandalkan hafalan dan tidak mengenalkan cara baca tartil (jelas dan tepat, red.) Kiai Dachlan kemudian menerbitkan enam jilid buku Pelajaran Membaca al-Qur'an untuk TK al-Qur'an untuk anak usia 4-6 tahun pada l Juli 1986.
Usai merampungkan penyusunannya, KH. Dachlan berwasiat, supaya tidak sembarang orang mengajarkan metode Qira'ati. Tapi semua orang boleh diajar dengan metode Qira'ati. Dalam perkembangannya, sasaran metode Qiraati kian diperluas. Kini ada Qiraati untuk anak usia 4-6 tahun, untuk 6-12 tahun, dan untuk mahasiswa. Secara umum metode pengajaran Qiro’ati adalah: a. Metode Al Barqy Metode al-Barqy dapat dinilai sebagai metode cepat membaca al-Qur'an yang paling awal.
Metode ini ditemukan dosen Fakultas Adab IAIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya, Muhadjir Sulthon pada 1965. Awalnya, al-Barqy diperuntukkan bagi siswa SD Islam at-Tarbiyah, Surabaya. Siswa yang belajar metode ini lebih cepat mampu membaca al-Qur'an. Muhadjir lantas membukukan metodenya pada 1978, dengan judul Cara Cepat Mempelajari Bacaan al-Qur'an al- Barqy. MUHADJIR SULTHON MANAJEMEN (MSM) merupakan lembaga yang didirikan untuk membantu program pemerintah dalam hal pemberantasan buta Baca Tulis Al Qur’an dan f. Membaca Huruf Latin. Berpusat di Surabaya, dan telah mempunyai cabang di beberapa kota besar di Indonesia, Singapura & Malaysia.
Metode ini disebut ANTI LUPA karena mempunyai struktur yang apabila pada saat siswa lupa dengan huruf-huruf / suku kata yang telah dipelajari, maka ia akan dengan mudah dapat mengingat kembali tanpa bantuan guru. Penyebutan Anti Lupa itu sendiri adalah dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Departemen Agama RI. Metode ini diperuntukkan bagi siapa saja mulai anak-anak hingga orang dewasa. Metode ini mempunyai keunggulan anak tidak akan lupa sehingga secara langsung dapat MEMPERMUDAH dan MEMPERCEPAT anak / siswa belajar membaca. Waktu untuk belajar membaca Al Qur’an menjadi semakin singkat. Keuntungan yang di dapat dengan menggunakan metode ini adalah: a.

Some of them said that Prophet Muhammad is truly uneducated in order to keep the authenticity of revelation (al-qur an) given by Allah. The others said that the meaning of ummiy here is less ability of Muhammad in case of reading and writing, not truly uneducated. Therefore, the writer will focus on the meaning of ummiy that purposed to Prophet Muhammad. This is main goal or thing of authors to give new perspective of ummiy, so that it will not be circulating in debatable things. Based on those phenomenons, an author has been inspired to discuss about verses of ummiy in the Qur an. 170 8 8 getting knowledge. Because there are some verses discussing about ummiy that still consist of interesting secret meaning to rediscuss in more detail. Here, authors gives some verses considering not all verses of ummiy in the Qur an refer to Muhammad. That is the reason why it is interesting to discuss.
ABSTRACT The autistic disorder has effects as the obstacle in linguistic development especially in listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. In this research, the Iqro’ method is implemented to increase the result of the study in reading hijaiyyah letters of the autistic children. The purpose of this study is to analyze the hijaiyyah reading skill of the autistic children before and after the intervention using Iqro’ method. The period that is used in this research is 12 meetings with 10 times of intervention. The design that is used is one group pre-test post-test design with six children as subjects. The methods that are used are tests and documentation.
The data analysis is non-parametric statistic analysis which using sign test. The result of the study shows that Z count is 2.05, and Z table in significant 5% for the two-side test (Zt=1.96). It makes Ho is rejected (2.051.96). According to that explanation, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect of the Iqro’ method to the hijaiyyah reading skill of the autistic students in SLB ABC Putra Harapan Kademangan Blitar.
